Q1.
What if the dress or shirt doesn't fit me properly?
Answer:
Please take your measurements very carefully in order to avoid returns. If the garment doesnt fit and is returned in the condition sent there shouldn't be a problem, but if it has been worn ie for competition or show the money will not be returned.
The money will be transfered to the buyer once I've received the garment back. However the postage can not be refunded.
PLEASE NOTE: IF THE GARMENT DOESNT FIT IT SHOULD BE RETURNED IMMEDIATELY AS REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN FOR GARMENTS RETURNED AFTER 7 DAYS, AFTER WHICH THE GARMENT WAS RECEIVED
Proof of Postage will be required incase of garments getting lost in the post.

What is the method of payment accepted?
Answer:
Method's of payment accepted are cheque, cash, bank transfer, visa and paypal.
However if paying by paypal there is a 4% surcharge.
Q3.
How long before I receive the garment after payment?
Answer:
Once the funds have been received and cleared....this usually takes 3-5 working days if paying by cheque or bank transfer. Then the garment will be posted it usualy arrives within 3-5 working days. If the dress is needed sooner it can be posted for express delivery, but the postage costs will be higher.

Is it possible to try on the garment beforehand?
Answer:
Yes it's possible, If we attend the same competition or at the same place it's posible to arrange a fitting.

Are the prices of the used dresses and shirts fixed?
Answer:
No not all the prices of our dresses and shirts are not fixed, so feel free to contact us with an alternative offer.

What are the shipping costs??
Answer:
For dresses sent by recorded delivery the prices are as follows:
UK/Europe £10-£15/ 15€-20€.
Asia/USA: £15-£20/ 20€-25€
For insurance of the parcel please add on another £4/ 6€
Please note prices vary due to the weight of the dress!
For courier sevice (guarenteed delivery within 2 days Europe and 3 days Asia and USA the prices are as follows:
UK/EUROPE: 35€/ £28
Asia/USA 45€/ £35
Please note that Shipping costs must always be paid...please do not ask for free shipping as refusal often offends.
